Creator Program Terms & Conditions

1. Commissions and Payouts

As a verified creator, you will earn a commission on the net revenue (after payment processing fees and taxes) from any purchases made by users who redeem your unique promo code. The commission rates are 30% for gem packages and 15% for custom pets.

Payouts are processed automatically via PayPal or direct bank transfer on the 5th of every month for the previous month's earnings. A minimum threshold of $20.00 USD applies. If the threshold is not met, the balance rolls over to the next month.

2. Promotion Guidelines

You agree to promote Pawly in a positive and honest manner. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid balances:

• Sending unsolicited promotional emails (SPAM).
• Bidding on trademarked terms (e.g., "Pawly", "Pawly Extension") in search engine advertising.
• Creating misleading or deceptive content.
• Posting your promo code on coupon aggregation websites.

3. Termination

Pawly reserves the right to terminate any creator's account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of termination due to a violation of these terms, any pending commissions will be voided.
